Wishbone, the new Melbourne venue from Lucas Collective, is seeking a Senior + Sous Chef to join the opening team. You will assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and help establish effective sections from launch.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated Sous Chef experience in premium dining, with strong leadership, food safety discipline, roster management and a calm, hands-on approach. Chinese cuisine experience is advantageous.
