The Ranch Mornington Peninsula is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to lead our school camp operations on the Mornington Peninsula. This full-time role focuses on delivering secure, engaging experiences and mentoring a team of activity facilitators across outdoor activities.

You'll oversee program delivery, inductions and guest relations, while continuously improving systems and ensuring high standards. A hands-on outdoor leader will fit well in this role.
