Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and play a key role in securing commercial projects valued between $1M and $25M.
n
About the Role
n
As an Estimator at INTREC, you'll work closely with our Bid Team to prepare accurate, competitive and high-quality tenders across fitout, refurbishment and construction projects.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from $1M to $25M
n
Reviewing tender documentation, scope, risks and commercial requirements
n
Preparing and distributing subcontractor tender packages
n
Engaging subcontractors and suppliers and reviewing competitive pricing
n
Managing tender enquiries, clarifications and RFIs
n
Contributing to tender strategy meetings, programmes and methodologies
n
Producing high-quality tender submissions
n
Managing Bid Action Plans and key tender deadlines
n
Maintaining accurate tender and estimating documentation
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:




n
n
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
n
5+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction
n
Experience across fitout, refurbishment and/or construction projects
n
Experience with Cubit, Buildsoft, EstimateOne, MS Project and Microsoft Office
n
Robust construction knowledge and commercial awareness
n
Excellent communication and subcontractor engagement skills
n
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines
n
A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to continue developing your skills
n
