Job Description
Uniting is seeking a compassionate Aged Care & Mental Health Assistant to support residents at Haberfield aged care home in Sydney. You will provide daily living assistance, companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' independence and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent, with experience in aged or community care. You will be adaptable, empathetic and committed to Uniting's values, contributing to a supportive team and inclusive culture.
