I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new store opening in Norwood, and I'm looking for an experienced Fashion Store Manager to take the lead from day one.
n
This is a beautiful fashion brand catering to a mature, fashion-forward customer, with a strong focus on quality, styling and delivering a genuinely personalised customer experience.
n
With the store due to open around late October, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, knows how to drive sales and is excited by the opportunity to build a team and make a new store their own.

ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for:
n

Leading, coaching and developing your team
n
Driving sales and achieving store targets
n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Building strong and lasting customer relationships
n
Creating a high-performing and positive team culture
n
Managing day-to-day store operations
n
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
n
Taking ownership of the store and its performance
n
Playing a key role in the successful launch of this new location
n
n
ABOUT YOU I'm looking for someone with strong fashion retail management experience who is confident leading a team and genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor.

You'll ideally have:
n

Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail
n
A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
n
Solid leadership and people development skills
n
A passion for fashion and styling
n
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
n
A commercial and results-driven mindset
n
The confidence and initiative to build a new store from the ground up
n
n
Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who can drive the sales, inspire the team and create an exceptional customer experience.
