About the role:
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leading Hand Distribution Employee to provide frontline leadership within our cold room distribution operation at Raleigh.
n
In this Full-time position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting shift performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time.
n
You will act as a key link between team members and supervisors while leading by example on the warehouse floor.
n
You'll be a great fit if you:

Have previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
n
Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or mentoring team members
n
Hold a current forklift license and have strong forklift operating skills




n
Have a strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence
n
Can coordinate workloads, prioritise tasks and meet production deadlines
n
Have previous experience using SAP systems in a manufacturing environment
n
Are confident using warehouse systems and completing documentation accurately
n
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Can work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
n
