Job Description
Yackandandah Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver overnight clinical care in our 83-bed residential aged care home. Reporting to the Care Manager, you will manage resident care needs, respond to changes in condition, administer medications and support care staff to ensure safety and continuity of care.
