Lead clinical operations, staff, and governance for a 28-bed Aboriginal Elders residence. Oversee daily resident care, ensure accreditation readiness, and drive high-quality health outcomes.

Duties
n
n
Lead clinical governance and oversee complex resident care plans
n
Manage clinical incidents, risk assessments, and corrective actions
n
Drive aged care accreditation, quality audits, and regulatory compliance
n
Coach and manage nurses, care assistants, and ancillary staff
n
Partner with leadership to deliver culturally appropriate care
n
n

n
Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
n
Proven experience in senior residential aged care clinical leadership
n
Deep knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation
n
Experience working respectfully alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
n
Strong risk management and clinical decision-making capabilities
n

Yura Yungi offers a market-competitive salary of $135,000 - $145,000, along with a range of benefits designed to support your move to and life in Halls Creek, including:
