Seeking a PM TL to be a true leader to a team of 10, sole focus on supporting (you won't be managing a portfolio)!
n
We're seeking a Property Management Team Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire a team of 10; made up of Property Managers and leasing assistants. This is a hands-on leadership role where your main focus is to provide support and guidance to your team (you will not have a portfolio of your own). You will be reporting into the General Manager of Property Management.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Mentor, train, and support a team made up of; Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDM
n
Oversee day-to-day property management operations with a focus on quality service and compliance
n
Ensure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and
inspections/reviews
are completed on time
n
Represent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when required
n
Drive new business opportunities and minimise lost managements
n
Provide hands-on support by covering Property Managers when needed
n
Other ad hoc duties in line with a Team Leader
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Extensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
n
Prior Team Leader experience in Property Management
n
Solid leadership, mentoring and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
n
