About the Position
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy pub kitchen and take ownership of their section. Offering
$80K + super

Position Description
Take responsibility for a designated section during service
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently
Complete daily preparation and mise en place to service requirements
Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and peak service periods
Support senior chefs with menu execution and daily kitchen operations
Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Position Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy pub, hotel, bistro, or similar setting
Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and service flow
Confident working across high-volume service periods
Solid preparation and section management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit kitchen team
Good communication and organisational skills
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
