We're Hiring: Experienced Spray Painter – Premium Role (Day Shift)

n Due to continued growth, we're seeking a highly skilled Spray Painter to join our Direk team — this is not your average spray painting role.
n We're looking for someone with specialist experience who takes pride in producing exceptional finishes and wants to be part of a business that values craftsmanship.

Pay Rate: $34 – $40 per hour + overtime available

The Role

High-quality spray painting on trucks, trailers, and transport equipment
n
Surface prep, priming, masking, and finishing to a premium standard
n




Working with industrial two-pack systems
n
Contributing to builds where quality and durability matter
n
Collaborating with skilled trades across the production team
n

What We're Really Looking For

This role suits someone who is hard to find — a tradesperson who combines technical skill with pride in workmanship.
n You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Proven spray painting experience (trade qualified or equivalent)
n
Strong background in industrial or heavy vehicle painting
n
Experience with two-pack paint systems
n
Fibreglass repair or finishing experience (highly regarded)
n
Automotive fit-out / body assembly experience (strong advantage)
n
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
n
