Our agile and supportive workshop in Burwood is looking for a qualified and dedicated Vehicle Body Builder t o join our team.

We're seeking a professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

Holds a Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent qualification).
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
n
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
n
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
n
Proficient in completing projects within set timeframes.
n
Relevant experience in vehicle body building, assembly, or repairs is required.
n

The Role:
n
n
Interpreting detailed specifications, drawings, and designs provided by clients or engineers.
n




Constructing, modifying, or repairing vehicle bodies and chassis using various materials such as steel, aluminum, or fiberglass.
n
Assembling structural frameworks, panels, and vehicle accessories.
n
Performing welding, cutting, shaping, and fitting tasks to achieve precise results.
n
Sanding, grinding, and preparing surfaces for painting or further assembly.
n
Ensuring vehicles comply with safety standards and regulations.
n
Collaborating with team members to maintain workshop efficiency and deliver exceptional results.
