We are looking for a
Maintenance Handyman
to oversee the business's maintenance tasks for our car parks, as well as taking responsibility for scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance workers, and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Key Responsibilities




Conduct site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work.
Schedule contractors for major repairs as required.
Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs.
Develop maintenance budgets for each region
Coordinate work performed by external contractors.
Experience
Previous experience in Maintenance Management
Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and other systems for planning and troubleshooting
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to translate complex information
Organizational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion
Attention to detail and ability to keep track of regular maintenance tasks and problems as they arise
Valuable physical fitness for carrying heavy loads and performing other physically demanding tasks
