First Choice Care is on the lookout for experienced RNs ready to move into teaching and education. As a Clinical Facilitator, you'll support nursing students through their placements, helping them develop practical, hands-on skills they'll carry into their careers.

About You
n
We're after RNs who are confident in their clinical ability and get genuine satisfaction from developing others. You'll need:
n
n
A minimum of 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
n
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
n
A Bachelor of Nursing
n
Completion (or current enrolment) in the Clinical Facilitation:



Essential Skills and Principles short course
n
Solid communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across clinical teams, educators, and students
n
Solid written skills for student assessments and documentation
n
Cert IV in Training & Assessment, previous teaching or facilitation experience, or a completed preceptorship.
