We're on the lookout for a Community Manager to join our team at our new Sunbury site.
n
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll help lead day‐to‐day community operations, building a strong sense of connection and belonging for residents. You'll deliver exceptional experiences through customer‐focused service and operational excellence.

In this Role, You'll
n
Deliver an outstanding resident experience, measured through satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
n
Oversee day‐to‐day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy, tenancy and resident engagement
n
Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L; outcomes
n
Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs
n
Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to consistently deliver high‐quality outcomes
n
You're Likely a Match If You
n
Bring experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings
n
Are confident leading day‐to‐day operations while balancing competing priorities
n
Have experience managing budgets, P&L; performance or commercial outcomes
n
Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations with empathy, professionalism and clear boundaries
n
Are a visible, hands‐on leader who enjoys being the go‐to person for residents, teams and stakeholders
n
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
