Embracia Victoria seeks a Founding Aged Care Home Manager for its new 126-bed facility in Kyneton, VIC. You will recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team, shaping the culture from day one and driving occupancy and community engagement.

Reporting to the General Manager, Aged Care, you will oversee operations across the Kyneton site, building solid relationships with residents, families and regulators to deliver outstanding care while ensuring financial performance.
