The Role:
n
n
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team
n
Be hands-on across the floor, keeping service running smoothly and customers happy
n




Set the standard for great service and lead by example every shift
n
Manage the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operational performance to help keep the store financially on track
n
Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Area Manager
n
Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards
n
Contribute to an environment where the team actually enjoys coming to work
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within QSR or fast food outlets
n
A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy
n
Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and encouraging a team
n
Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach
n
High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
n
Positive understanding of HACCP, food safety and high-volume food operations
n
An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself
n
