We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-established and growing construction business in Brisbane.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role supporting project teams across a range of commercial construction projects, ensuring high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance are maintained across site operations.
n
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, providing practical safety advice and helping to drive a positive safety culture across projects.

About the Role
n
n
Provide day-to-day HSE support across active construction projects - Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast
n
Conduct site inspections, audits, toolbox talks and safety meetings
n
Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, incident investigations and reporting
n
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, company policies and project requirements
n
Work closely with site and project teams to identify and manage safety risks
n
Promote a proactive and positive safety culture
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Safety Advisor within the construction industry
n
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements
n
Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and management
n
Practical, approachable and proactive in your approach to safety
n
Ability to work across multiple projects as required
n
