Octopus Australia is seeking a Legal Counsel with 3+ years PQE to support growth across renewable energy projects in development, construction, operations and project finance. You will provide legal, commercial, transactional and regulatory advice with external counsel support.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing NDAs, consultancy agreements and other day-to-day documents to support a quick-moving business environment. You will report to the Legal Director and work with the Legal team.
