Lead $15M+ fitout & refurbishment projects with a respected builder delivering high-quality commercial / workplace outcomes.
We're partnering with an established construction group to appoint a
Senior Project Manager
to take ownership of major
fitout / refurb
projects (typically
$15M+
) from early planning through to delivery and handover.
The role
Managing program, procurement, design coordination and construction delivery
Leading site and delivery teams (PMs / CAs / SMs / foremen as applicable)
Driving subcontractor performance, EOT management and risk mitigation
Commercial management: cost control, variations, reporting and forecasting
Stakeholder management across client-side reps, consultants and authorities
Ensuring HSEQ compliance and strong site governance
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a




Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
on
fitout and/or refurbishment projects valued $15M+
Strong builder-side delivery background across
commercial fitout, refurb, upgrades, staged works, live environments
Solid contractual and commercial capability (head contract & subcontracts)
Confident leadership style with strong communication and reporting
Relevant construction qualification (Construction Management, Engineering or similar)
