Job Description
This is a full-time buyer's agent role that's quick paced and highly involved, where you will primarily assist with sourcing properties, prospecting and qualifying buyer leads.

Responsibilities include:

Diary management and organising appointments
n
Prepare proposal presentations
n
Attending property inspections and auctions
n
Liaise with clientsand external stakeholders
n
Database entry and management
n
Regularly liaising with Real Estate Agents
n
n
Requirements and skills:
n
n
Previous experience in Real Estate is essential
n
Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
n
Immaculately presented
n
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
n
Fantastic phone manner
n
Possess a strong work ethic
n
Must be driven, have great energy & a can‐do attitude
n
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales-related software
n
Understanding of the Australian property market
