Our client is a retail operation in Carindale with a turnover of $4.7M, seeking an experienced Stock Manager to lead their stockroom operations on a full-time, permanent basis. Working Monday to Friday, you'll earn $58,000 plus superannuation and receive a $1,000 annual clothing allowance. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll keep inventory accurate, the stockroom organised, and stock flowing efficiently to the sales floor while managing a small stock team.

Lead all stock receiving, transfers, replenishment and inventory management to support sales and customer needs
n
Supervise and develop Stock Assistants, maintaining high backroom standards and operational efficiency
n




$58,000 plus super and $1,000 annual clothing allowance, Monday to Friday roster

Preferred Requirements
n
n
Proven inventory or stock management experience in a retail or similar environment
n
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with the ability to train and support staff
n
Solid organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail in stock administration and record-keeping
n
Experience with stock systems, reporting and data analysis to monitor levels and identify discrepancies
n
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced retail setting
n

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with process improvement or operational optimisation in a retail stockroom environment
n
Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles as they apply to inventory management
