If you enjoy working with customers but also like being hands‐on, this could be the perfect mix. Capral Aluminium – Australia's largest aluminium manufacturer and distributor – is looking for a Branch Sales & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Slacks Creek.
n
This is a varied, hands‐on role where you won't spend your entire day behind a desk or on a forklift. You'll work across customer service, sales and warehouse operations, helping customers with their orders and enquiries before getting hands‐on to help prepare and despatch their products.
n

ABOUT THE ROLE:
n
You'll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and an important part of keeping the Slacks Creek branch running smoothly.
n
Your day will include:
n
n




Counter sales and face‐to‐face customer service
n
Responding to telephone and customer enquiries
n
Entering and processing sales orders
n
Preparing quotes and providing order, lead‐time and product updates
n
Picking and packing customer orders
n
Cutting aluminium using an up‐cut saw
n
Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks
n
Checking and vetting orders
n
Providing product information and support to customers
n
Working with the broader branch team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
n

ABOUT YOU:
n
We're looking for a reliable, positive and hands‐on person who enjoys working with customers and is happy to get involved wherever needed.
n
To be considered, you will need:
n
n
A current LF Forklift Licence
n
A reliable work history and strong commitment to safety
n
Confidence communicating with customers both face‐to‐face and over the phone
n
Sound computer skills
n
Good attention to detail
n
The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
n
You don't need to know aluminium – we can teach you our products. What matters most is that you bring the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
n
Applicants must be prepared to undertake a pre‐employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
