Job Description
TAL is seeking friendly, motivated people to join our Customer Experience team across Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You'll provide excellent service by following our customer practices, being authentic and empathetic while handling customer queries and maintaining privacy.

You will receive comprehensive training to learn about life insurance, our products, and our systems, with plenty of support as you grow in the role. This is a full time, rotating roster position with NSW hours (8am–7pm).
