About the role
Strong
communication and customer service skills with the ability to engage with
diverse communities
Knowledge
and skills relevant to the provision of the Victorian Local Government
Maternal and Child Health service and MCH practice guidelines
Knowledge
of the specific needs of families from culturally and linguistically
diverse backgrounds (CALD), including First Nations families
Experience
in facilitating community education/health promotion programs for infants,
young children, and their families
Understanding




of Child Information Sharing Schemes, Family Violence Information Sharing
Schemes, MARAM, and Child Secure Standards
Ability
to work and collaborate services within the Child, Youth and Family
department and with childcare and kinder services throughout the
municipality and adhere to KPIs
To be successful
Registration as a Nurse and Midwife
with AHPRA
Qualifications in Maternal Child
Health/Family Health Nursing
Current Victorian Driver's
License
Employee Working with Children's
