Job Description
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to guide new starters through the onboarding journey, from contract acceptance to Day 1. You will be the main point of contact for candidates, coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, Learning and IT to resolve queries and keep records accurate.
The role supports a fast-paced team across Australia, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and timely compliance completion for recent hires.
