Geriatric Care Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Practice Manager) to lead our clinical service delivery engine end-to-end from Sydney. The role coordinates with specialist doctors, facilities and GPs to ensure care is delivered at the right place and time with compassion for patients and carers.

You will head the Sydney care coordination team, oversee offshore administration, and own Medicare billing operations while building scalable systems and SOPs.
