THE ROLE
Take ownership of your own strata portfolio - ONLY 58 BUILDINGS - 580 LOTS
Act as the key point of contact for Owners Corporations, owners and contractors
Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital works projects
Oversee budgets, levies, arrears and financial reporting
Prepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetings
Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships
Resolve disputes and provide practical solutions
Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation
Maintain accurate records and proactively manage your portfolio
ABOUT YOU
Class 2 Strata Management Licence or higher
Previous experience managing your own portfolio
Solid understanding of NSW strata legislation
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing competing priorities and deadlines
Strong knowledge of strata systems and Microsoft Office
Professional, proactive and motivated to progress your career
