Job Description
Primo Foods seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Wacol site in Australia, delivering safe, compliant and effective manufacturing outcomes. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a large production team through frontline leaders, driving safety, quality, service, cost and throughput.

This hands-on role spends time on the factory floor, embedding lean disciplines and fostering accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement across the operation.
