Wesfarmers Health is seeking a energetic Shift Manager for the AM Shift at our Melbourne Distribution Centre in Dandenong. The role runs 5 AM to 1 PM and focuses on leading a team to keep distribution operations safe, efficient, and aligned with KPIs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee Team Managers and Labour Hire staff, uphold health and safety standards, and drive process improvements while fostering a positive, high-performing work culture across the shift.
