Planitar, recently joining REA Group, is hiring for a Melbourne-based permanent role with hybrid working. You will work alongside Customer Solutions Engineers to ensure iGUIDE customers get rapid, knowledgeable support for hardware, capture and processing workflows, and Portal usage.
You will diagnose issues, assist with onboarding and training, and help the product and engineering teams improve the platform through customer feedback.
