Job Description
Kinrise in Melbourne is seeking an experienced NPD Manager to lead end-to-end product development across our snack brands, from concept through to launch, while driving improvements and value engineering. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Sales to deliver market-leading products, ensure FSANZ compliance, manage factory trials and scale-up, and champion safety and quality.
