CISAC is one of the largest and busiest facilities in the Club Lime network, home to Club Lime's biggest gym floor, Club Blue aquatics, and Club Swim's learn-to-swim school - meaning our café is a genuine hub of activity, with a steady stream of members and guests to meet each day.
As a Café Attendant, you'll be the friendly face members look forward to seeing every visit. You'll craft quality coffees, serve up tasty food and drinks, and keep our café buzzing with the kind of warm, welcoming energy that makes people feel right at home.
This casual role comes with flexible hours to fit around your life - whether that's study, another job, or just keeping your week open. No two shifts are the same: one day you might be perfecting a flat white, the next you're chatting with regulars or helping restock the shelves. SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;
We are looking for someone with:
Quallifications & Certifications
Current First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
Food Handling Safety Course (Do Food Safely Statement of Attainment or equivalent)
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail in daily tasks and café operations
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
Proven experience handling customer enquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy
Commitment to promoting the café in a positive manner while delivering prompt, high-quality customer service
Exceptional customer service skills with a member-focused approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Competence in the use of computerised point-of-sale and register systems
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a café or hospitality environment
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to all Café Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



and organisational policies in accordance with training provided
Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and patrons, both in person and over the phone
Take and process customer food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Operate the café register and handle payments responsibly
Prepare and serve food and beverages, including making coffees to standard
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic café environment by cleaning tables, equipment, and utensils
Assist with stocktakes and the organisation, receipt, and storage of new stock
