Mitti Insurance is seeking a Head of Property to lead the ISR Property underwriting function in Australia. You will establish a profitable underwriting portfolio, develop the team, and strengthen broker relationships while aligning with risk and compliance frameworks.

You will shape underwriting strategy, own portfolio performance, and collaborate with actuarial, claims and product teams to ensure pricing adequacy and market crediblity in the Australian general insurance market.
