We are seeking applications from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to lead our dedicated team at PS Hobson Residential Aged Care Community. PS Hobson is a 45-bed Care Community located Gillies Street North, Wendouree. This position is recognised as a key
management/leadership
position within the organisation and is central to the provision of operational leadership and management to ensure high quality, secure and meaningful resident centred care.

The Care Community Manager role includes managerial responsibilities, budgeting, resource management, rostering and professional development.

About the Candidate
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Post graduate qualification in management and/or Aged Care nursing desirable
n




Demonstrated management experience in a Care Community (Aged Care setting)
n
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary nursing theory to practice
n
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality systems and Aged Care accreditation
n
Evidence of commitment to innovation and continuous improvement and the delivery of a high standard of resident centred care
n

Fixed Full Time opportunity | 80 hours per fortnight including a monthly ADO
