Creative Arts Teacher (F.T.E. 0.6) St Paul's Catholic Parish Primary, Albion Park Albion Park, NSW, AU

A temporary part time position (working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) commencing 28 January **** until 26 January ****. The successful applicant will be required to teach Creative Arts - Music, Dance and Drama.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
n
n
Knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School.
n
Experience in teaching Creative Arts - Music, Dance and Drama.
n
Assistance with liturgical events.
n
Ability to implement differentiated learning and assessment experiences for students in the teaching of the NSW Creative Arts Syllabus.
n
Experience in leading school band and choir programs.
n
Positive strategies for managing student behaviour and high expectations for student learning within the SPB4L Framework.
n
Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Appropriate qualifications in Teaching - Creative Arts.

Accredited Level D to teach Religious Education in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain this level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
n
The applicant must be accredited with NESA to teach in NSW.
n
n
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
n
This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
