About the role

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Client Application Support Service Lead is accountable for delivering client application support services, including managing service queues, coordinating responses to incidents and requests, overseeing system administration, and ensuring high-quality client engagement. The role ensures services meet agreed service levels under the DFFH–DH Service Agreement and project requirements.

About you

Provide effective leadership, coordination and support to teams where staff are engaged with high levels of cohesion and commitment and are delivering on the services required.

Ensure all service requests and incidents are properly coordinated between customer needs and suppliers / vendors timelines.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related relevant discipline, as well as ITIL certification would be desirable.

Specialist expertise
n
Developed and demonstrated understanding of information technology and telecommunications systems including industry standards, enterprise systems and network infrastructure for the purpose of support and maintenance of the department's services and staff would be expected.
