Melbourne City Mission is seeking a Youth Coach for the Detour program in Western Metro Melbourne. This full‐time, max‐term role supports young people at risk of homelessness through outreach, case management and goal‐planning to stabilise housing and independence.
You will deliver group work, collect data, and report on outcomes while promoting the program internally and externally. The role requires relevant qualifications and experience in youth services.
