Job Description
Bespoke Careers is seeking a Lead Firmware Engineer in Sydney to own the architecture of an embedded platform powering high-end products for international markets.

You will lead hands-on development on STM32 microcontrollers using C/C++ and FreeRTOS, define the technical roadmap, and ensure robust bootloaders, networking, and device management. You'll collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and software teams to deliver scalable firmware solutions.
