Job Description
Warehouse Duties
n
n
Ensure all item movements in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and to Liebherr standards
n
Use a forklift to load and unload trucks and warehouse racks, and unload containers
n
Pick, pack, receipt and dispatch orders
n
Arrange and book freight, including obtaining freight quotes
n
Perform general warehouse and housekeeping duties
n
Assist with regular stocktakes, cycle count procedures and location reports
n
Participate actively in continuous improvement of warehouse operations
n
Provide customer service to internal and external customers
n
Build skills in the Parts department to assist with interpreting spare parts and providing technical and product information to customers
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Current forklift and drivers' licenses
n
Previous experience in a similar role
n
Flexibility to work overtime as required
n
Customer focused
n
Commitment to maintain and adhere to workplace safety guidelines
n
Ability to work a 5-on-5-off roster covering day and night shifts: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
