Salary: $78,000-$83,000 AUD

Responsibilities:
n
n
Prepare and cook seafood and other menu items according to Kickin' Inn's recipes and quality standards
n
Assist in planning and organising kitchen operations and daily food preparation
n




Ensure all dishes are presented consistently and meet portion, taste, and presentation expectations
n
Monitor food storage, stock rotation, and inventory to minimise waste
n
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
n
Support kitchen team members and maintain an efficient workflow during busy service periods
n
Comply with food safety and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations
n
n
Qualifications and Experience:
n
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
n
Proven experience as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen environment
n
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and hygiene practices
n
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
n
Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rostered shifts as required
n
Passion for delivering high-quality food and maintaining brand consistency
