9.30am - 1.30pm

Relief role - this prospect is relief role, in addition to supporting the Dubbo Branch, the successful applicant will also support the Narromine, Wellington and Mudgee Branches. Reasonable travel required.

As the Customer Banking Specialist Relief in our Dubbo Branch, you'll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with, you will:
n




Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
n
Build personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations to enhance their experience
n
Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
n
Be aware of movements within the branch, ensuring it's running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience
n

A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
n
Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
n
The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
