We are working closely with a major tertiary referral hospital in Australia's northern region to connect with Consultant Neurologists interested in joining a comprehensive and expanding neurosciences service.

This role offers the opportunity to practise across a broad spectrum of adult neurology within a high-acuity tertiary environment servicing a vast geographic catchment. The department manages complex neurological presentations including stroke, epilepsy, neurodegenerative disorders, neuroimmunology and acute inpatient neurology, with strong collaboration across emergency medicine, intensive care, and internal medicine.

This position would suit a Neurologist seeking diverse clinical exposure, meaningful service impact, and the ability to contribute to service development within a tertiary referral setting.

Requirements

Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Neurology or equivalent
n
Specialist Registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain
n
International Medical Graduates assessed as substantially comparable are encouraged to apply
