We're looking for a passionate
Dietitian
to join our
Sunshine Coast
team on a part-time basis, working 2–3 days per week.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide dietetic care to clients in their own homes and community settings, while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As a community-based Dietitian, you'll work with NDIS and Home Care clients, helping people achieve their health and wellbeing goals in a way that is practical, personalised and meaningful to their everyday lives.
You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and other Dietitians, allowing you to draw on a broad range of clinical expertise and provide holistic care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individualised dietetic assessment, education and intervention
Supporting clients to identify and achieve their nutrition and lifestyle goals
Applying evidence-based nutrition strategies across a range of health conditions
Providing medical nutrition therapy where appropriate
Working collaboratively with the broader multidisciplinary team
Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the dietetic service
Building robust relationships with clients and supporting them to improve their quality of life

As this is a community-based role, travel to clients across the Sunshine Coast will be required.

About You
We're looking for a Dietitian who is passionate about community-based care and making a genuine difference to the people they work with.
You'll have:
A recognised Degree in Dietetics
Current Dietitians Australia (DA) membership / accreditation
Full professional registration as required
Professional indemnity insurance
A current Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one
A current driver's licence
A genuine interest in working with NDIS and Home Care clients
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work independently while being an active member of a multidisciplinary team
