The Chance
n
You will play a key role in the technical documentation of projects, working closely with senior project leaders to bring concepts to life through detailed, coordinated and buildable documentation.
n
This role will suit a technically strong Senior Architectural Technician, Architectural Graduate or a recent Registered Architect who enjoys the technical side of architecture, thrives in Revit, and takes real pride in producing accurate, refined work.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support project teams through design development, tender and construction documentation
n
Produce high-quality architectural documentation, drawings and detailing in Revit
n
Coordinate consultant information and integrate documentation efficiently
n




Apply sound knowledge of NCC, BCC and relevant Australian Standards
n
Attend client and consultant meetings where required
n
Work to project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience within an architectural practice
n
Advanced Revit capability with strong technical documentation skills
n
Thorough understanding of construction methodology and detailing
n
Site experience will be highly regarded
n
Proficient in Adobe Suite
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
n
Detail-oriented with genuine pride in producing accurate, polished documentation
n
