The Opportunity
n
We're on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Team Leader to support our branches across Scone, Muswellbrook, Denman and Merriwa.
n
In this hands-on role, you'll lead and support our frontline teams to deliver outstanding service to our members. You'll spend your days coaching, guiding and building capability within your team, while helping create a welcoming and supportive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
n
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll play an important role in fostering a positive team culture, strengthening community connections, and contributing to the success of our branches.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Inspire, coach and support Customer Advisors to deliver friendly, tailored member service
n
Build team capability through regular feedback, mentoring and development planning
n
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with our values
n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements
n
Support day-to-day operations, including resourcing and workload management
n
Encourage meaningful conversations that support member needs and long-term relationships
n
Handle customer queries and complaints with care and professionalism
n
Monitor and report on branch performance and activity
n
Be a visible role model who embodies our community-first approach
n

About You
n
You're a people-focused leader who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. You bring warmth, energy and a commitment to great service, along with the ability to guide your team to achieve shared goals.

While experience in banking or financial services is welcome, it's not essential. We value candidates with experience in customer-focused roles who have demonstrated leadership, relationship-building and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. If required, support and training will be provided to help you learn our banking products, systems and processes.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused role or environment
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
n
Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and achieve results
n
ASIC Tier II accreditation (or willingness to obtain within three months)
n
Current, unrestricted driver's licence
n
Confidence using digital systems and technology
n
Experience in a regulated customer service environment
