Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on events and campaigns

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights

Maintain and showcase luxury display homes in presentation-ready condition

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within property, lifestyle, or high-end sales
n
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills

Customer-first approach with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
n
Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
