Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Reablement Assistant based at Townsend Hub, Liverpool.
This 12-month temporary role supports service users to regain independence through person-centred care and structured reablement programmes.
The post involves coordinating with families and multi-disciplinary teams, delivering daily living assistance, monitoring progress, and maintaining explicit records.
A flexible 8am–10pm shift pattern applies.
