Documenting baseline information and requirements
Developing and defining project roadmaps / workstreams in conjunction with program lead and delivery teams
Tracking delivery progress of documented To Be requirements
Liaising with teams, managers and stakeholders
Analyzing Salesforce implementations
Applying relevant / best practice methodology for the business
Solving issues during testing
Ad hoc items as required
Your experience and capability
Extensive experience in Salesforce program and implementation working with internal and external team (System Integrators)
Extensive experience demands analytical mindset; being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provide insights
Enjoy all things data




Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner and advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add
The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important
The ability to take the initiative
Tell the business what you need confidently
Experience with collaborative workspaces such as Confluence and Jira
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent extensive experience
Flexibility to step outside defined role in order to get something done
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
The ability to take the initiative and think outside the box to meet the objective
Enjoy working in rapid-paced agile team environment
