The Role
n
Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider stakeholder groups you will:
n
n
Manage key accounting requirement including month-end closing, journal posting and compliance obligations.
n
Drive commercial outcomes by providing insightful analysis and performance reports.
n
Assist with cashflow management by maintaining working capital management and divisional performance.
n




Contribute to process improvement initiatives by championing system uplift, automation and technology implementation.
n
Work closely with junior members of staff to train, mentor and support their development.
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
To be successful in this role you should have:
n
n
Strong technical foundations with the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly and confidently.
n
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
n
Experience within a Professional Services environment will be highly regarded, but is not a non-negotiable for this requirement.
n
High-level attention to detail and the ability to work within competing priorities.
